We stand behind every job we complete. If anything isn't working the way we explained it within 30 days of installation, we fix it at no charge. Period. No "well, technically that's a separate issue" nonsense. No finger-pointing at the manufacturer. If we installed it and it's not doing what we promised, that's on us.
Beyond 30 days, you're covered by the manufacturer's warranty — which we'll explain fully before you pay us a dime. But here's the thing most plumbers won't tell you: most problems show up in the first month if they're going to show up at all. So that's where we put our money where our mouth is.
